Program Overview | Activities

Each Inside Out program is unique, and a journey of its own. Our school programs encompass all grade levels, including college, and are designed to address educational and life issues. Students are encouraged to take an active role in the discovery process and will gain insights into balancing the independent self with the need to work interdependently with others. Inside Out can assist administrators and teachers in identifying more specific class and school community goals.

Program topics and themes include issues such as self-awareness, group decision-making, leadership development, and analytical skills. Promoting tolerance, patience, fair play, respect, responsibility, and confidence are also underlying program goals.

Every inside out program is designed with the age of the participants in mind. Younger students are presented with fast paced, fun and challenging learning opportunities. Older students are challenged with progressively more advanced experiential learning scenarios. Reflective discussions are a part of every program to help students understand the importance of integrating the skills they have learned with their everyday lives at school and at home.
